Can I order an attunement on behalf of someone else?
That's fine as long as you ask their permission. I do not
attune to someone's energy field without their consent. Be
aware that essence descriptions are truthful in their feedback
so the person needs to be willing to hear it.
Which type of essences will an attunement include?
An attunement draws on essences from anywhere in the world
- whatever spirit shows me. Sometimes it can involve a lot
of research to find it, as well as someone who produces it!
In attunements for animals or young children Bach
Flowers may be indicated. For adults it is more usually
five or six essences which work at a cellular, karmic level.

Can I ask for the attunement to address a specific issue
such as relationship, physical illness or abundance?
The intention which guides attunements is always to ask for
what is for your highest good in your current situation. Although
what is most occupying your thoughts may not be directly addressed
in the attunement (though often it is) this can be because
the attunement addresses the cause not the problem.
So you may be struggling with financial flow and find your
attunement deals with shame or self worth issues which are
preventing you from feeling deserving to receive. On the other
hand you may be suffering physically and find your attunement
deals with mental rigidity and a need to forgive yourself
and others, if this is the issue underlying your physical
condition. So the short answer is no! Over the years I have
learned to trust in a much greater wisdom than ours; one who
sees the learning not the lesson.
Is an attunement like a personal reading describing my life?
No. The description isn't personalised in that way. It IS
personal, however, in the sense that, of all the thousands
of essences available these are the ones which resonate for
YOU RIGHT NOW. It is for you to read the attunement and feel
intuitively which aspects of each essence applies to you in
your current situation. It may also be that as you take the
blend and the layers release, parts which didn't seem relevant
suddenly become clear. I highly recommend reading your attunement
every few days whilst you're taking the blend to awaken insights
as they work their way through.
Does an attunement predict the future?
The attunement is in no way predictive. I believe that the
future is created by choices made in the present moment. So
although we can see likely future outcomes based on past and
current behaviour, we can also change our behaviour at any
time - which is what the essences work with. Essences create
a path of personal responsibilty, creativity and personal
empowerment. They also represent the most powerful healing
modality available to us at the present time.
How is a consultation different from an attunement?
A consultation
includes an attunement (though not the cost of the essences).
A consultation offers expert and experienced support, information,
healing, access to a range of resources and a different perspective
as well as the option of karmic exercises to work through
karmic patterns at a more conscious level. Essences will release
these patterns from the unconscious and sometimes it can be
helpful to release them in conscious rituals.
I've felt very drawn to a particular crystal or flower,
should I mention it?
If you have seen a flower or crystal in a newsletter, on
the website or in nature which strongly draws you, please
mention it when ordering, if you would like it in your blend.
This can often be a way the Universe is encouraging you to
use this way of healing and growing.
How long will it take to arrive?
Generally it takes 1 - 3 working days. It
depends which day you send your request. My working days are
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, so requests received on those
days are usually processed more quickly. Since attunements
are spiritually guided and the essences you need can come
from anywhere in the world, I may have to track down a particular
essence which can mean a delay. However, getting the exact
vibration for you now is vital for the efficiency of the treatment.

need to give information about the issues involved unless
you wish to. An attunement is guided by spirit where all is
