Why order an attunement?

Sometimes we feel stuck and we don't know how to move on. Sometimes we're aware of being endlessly triggered by the same thing but we don't know why. Sometimes we're aware of something bubbling just below the surface trying to break into our consciousness and it just needs a nudge. Sometimes we just feel confused and we can't see our way forward or make any sense of our situation. Any of these states would benefit from an essence attunement.

Healing, clarity and a clear purpose occur when we allow what is in our unconscious to come into awareness; essences create a bridge which allows that to happen. For those of us who want to grow and deepen our understanding, essences offer a simple, effective way to do it. Just reading the description you'll receive when you order one can begin the process of awareness and release. Then, as you take the blend which has been personally attuned for you, the feelings or beliefs which need to change, will begin to shift.

The description you receive shows you just what's going on below the surface of the conscious mind and sometimes how that links to any physical symptoms you may have. As you take the essence blend it gently releases the thought patterns and emotional energy around this, so that it can come to the surface for release.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any geographical restrictions?

None at all. Attunements can be posted to you anywhere in the world. I have clients in Australia, America and all over Europe. If you have a postage service in your country, it can be delivered!

Can I order an attunement on behalf of someone else?

That's fine as long as you ask their permission. I do not attune to someone's energy field without their consent. Be aware that essence descriptions are truthful in their feedback so the person needs to be willing to hear it. Please read ordering attunement on behalf of others before ordering.

Why do attunements start working even before I take the essences?

Yes! Strange but true. When I attune to what is needed for your healing and growth, the vibration of those essences is downloaded into your energy field where it begins to have an effect. Then you receive the written description which helps to bring your mentel body into alignment via the intellect - which is why I suggest reading the description regularly as a reinforcement. Then you take the physical essence which is a constant prompt to your energy field to initiate the necessary changes.

Do you only use specific essence ranges?

My attunements are unlimited in scope. Spirit shows me whatever is resonating for your healing and growth right now, wherever that is in the world. It may include flower or crystal essences but could also include a bird or animal essence. Sometimes it can involve a lot of research to find it, as well as to locate someone who produces it! This means I have to keep a large and ever expanding store to draw from. If you need something that is new for me, I will let you know how long it will take to obtain. In attunements for animals or young children Bach Flowers may be indicated. For adults it is more usually six to eight essences which work at a cellular, karmic level. Can I ask for the attunement to address a specific issue such as relationship, physical illness or abundance?

The intention which guides attunements is always to ask for what is for your highest good in your current situation. Although what is most occupying your thoughts may not be directly addressed in the attunement (though often it is) this can be because the attunement addresses the cause not the problem. So you may be struggling with financial flow and find your attunement deals with shame or self worth issues which are preventing you from feeling deserving to receive. On the other hand you may be suffering physically and find your attunement deals with mental rigidity and a need to forgive yourself and others, if this is the issue underlying your physical condition. So the short answer is no! Over the years I have learned to trust in a much greater wisdom than ours; one who sees the learning not the lesson.

Is an attunement like a personal reading describing my life?

No. The description isn't personalised in that way. It IS personal, however, in the sense that, of all the thousands of essences available these are the ones which resonate for YOU RIGHT NOW. It is for you to read the attunement and feel intuitively which aspects of each essence applies to you in your current situation. It may also be that as you take the blend and the layers release, parts which didn't seem relevant suddenly become clear. I highly recommend reading your attunement every few days whilst you're taking the blend to awaken insights as they work their way through.

Does an attunement predict the future?

The attunement is in no way predictive. I believe that the future is created by choices made in the present moment. So although we can see likely future outcomes based on past and current behaviour, we can also change our behaviour at any time - which is what the essences work with. Essences create a path of personal responsibility, creativity and personal empowerment. They also represent the most powerful healing modality available to us at the present time.

How is a consultation different from an attunement?

A consultation includes an attunement (though not the cost of the essences). A consultation offers expert and experienced support, information, healing, access to a range of resources and a different perspective as well as the option of karmic exercises to work through karmic patterns at a more conscious level. Essences will release these patterns from the unconscious and sometimes it can be helpful to release them in conscious rituals.

Will an attunement interfere with other therapies that I do?

Quite the reverse. Whether you sing or dance for emotional release, are in psychotherapy or having regular healing, essences will make those experiences far more effective. Essences attuned for you will draw your most urgent issues to the surface where any emotional, physical or spiritual work will support their release.

I've felt very drawn to a particular crystal or flower, should I mention it?

If you've seen a flower or crystal in a newsletter, on the website or in nature which strongly draws you, please mention it when ordering. This can be the Universe's way of encouraging you to use essences to heal and grow.

How long will the essences take to arrive?

Generally it takes 1 - 3 working days. It depends which day your request arrives. My working days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and occasional Saturdays, so orders received on those days are usually processed more quickly. They are posted first class to UK addresses. Since attunements are spiritually guided and you could need essences from anywhere in the world, I may have to track down a particular essence, which can mean a delay. However, getting the exact vibration for you is a vital aspect of the treatment. You'll always be emailed if there is likely to be a delay.

What you receive when you order an attunement

• your personal Attunement
• your Deep Acting Essence blend - usually in a 25ml bottle, though it might be smaller for a child or pet. Usually enough for 6-8 weeks. (You can have your blend as an energy download - just choose that option when ordering)
• a full description of the issues which they're addressing - this will be emailed to you

Ordering attunements on behalf of others

Please note that an attunement is a confidential document. As well as having the person's permission to attune, I will only send the attunement directly to the person concerned. So, if possible, please include their postal and email address. If they are not on email, I will include the attunement as a hard copy posted directly to them, with their blend.

How to order an Attunement with Essences

When ordering an attunement I only need to know the names of the people and their age or the type of animal. You don't need to give information about the issues involved unless you wish to. An attunement is guided by spirit where all is already known. It can be reassuring to see this when you receive your description. Essences can be sent anywhere in the world - see note about postage below. The name of the person paying will appear on the essence label. If the person who needs the essence is different from the name on the card or paypal account please specify in the box marked 'instructions to seller' during the payment process.

Essences are preserved in a very small amount of brandy or vodka and can be taken in water or under the tongue. Please mention if you need an alternative to alcohol when ordering or choose to have your blend as an energy download.

Children's Attunements

These are ever more popular and so helpful both to children facing challenges either at school or at home or for teenagers standing, perhaps uncertainly or self-consciously, on the threshold of adulthood. Remember, if your child is carrying difficult family karma, it could show up at any age and much can be done to help. Children need to be under 7 to qualify for a child attunement. Family Attunements

Children carry many patterns inherited from their parents or are responding to particular relationship dynamics or karmic stress. Treating only the child can mean that they go back to old behaviour once the treatment is over because nothing has changed in their emotional environment. Treating the whole family can enable issues to surface where they are really originating and to be released, giving relief to all concerned. Animal Attunements

Pets are important family members and often our first experience of unconditional love. They are very much affected by family dynamics as well as by their own past experiences, particularly if they are rescue animals.
