Chakras are the main energy interface points in the body. They
carry a great deal of information about our emotional, spiritual,
mental and physical state. They act:
as exit points for negative energy, such as unhelpful
thought or behaviour patterns from this life or from
our karmic memory which we need to release
as entry points for positive energy to enter - often
experienced as inspiration, insight, spiritual connection
or a sense of emotional or physical wellbeing.

chakra has its own emphasis. For example the Base chakra is
where we carry our survival fears whereas the Solar Plexus

The Feet Chakras
These minor chakra points are on the sole of each foot, and
work in conjunction with the base chakra and other minor chakras
in the legs. When open and balanced the Feet Chakras ensure
that we are fully connected to the Earth Plane. Combination

The Base Chakra
The Base or Root Chakra is situated at the base of the spine
or perineum, and is linked to the etheric body. When open
and balanced it enables us to function fully in the world

The Sacral Chakra
