How can a constellation help you?

Two Opportunities For Fast Track Change

You can deal with:

Chronic mental or physical illness
Long-standing patterns of self-sabotage

Addictions and unhelpful behaviour patterns
Major life decisions, 'crossroads' moments
Issues involving family members who are estranged, passed over or whom you have never met, such as in cases of adoption. They can all be represented and communicated with at a soul level in a constellation.

Years of experience of constellations, both personally and as a support therapist, have shown me that, with experienced facilitation, they are extremely efficient at showing you either the cause of the problem and/or the next step or change that needs to happen for you to move towards the outcome that you want.

They don't guarantee a happy ending and nor are they a magic wand. Sometimes you simply need to see and accept the truth; yet there can be great peace in giving up trying to fix something and in simply acknowledging 'what is'. We will only reveal the amount we can handle with each constellation, so you may find it strips away a layer of 'story' to reveal a whole different truth.

One thing each weekend certainly offers is a chance to experience a rich range of feeling, to see the secrets of our hearts and souls, the hidden agreements we make with ourselves and others and a deeply nourishing spiritual connection with The Field.

Support Package - What's On Offer

Sometimes it can feel daunting to take a challenging issue into a group of strangers, especially if you are unfamiliar with the techniques involved, so simply having someone with you who knows your issue and the work, can be very reassuring. I'd be supporting you before, during and after your constellation. When you felt ready to take your turn constellating, I'd withdraw from any representation role so that I'm able to observe events in a detached way and make notes, provided you agree to that.

What I Can Do
When you're involved in the work you can get emotionally caught up and you may not notice important movements, which I can point out afterwards. I can build on what happens in your constellation to do follow up processing with you and I will better understand what insights and shifts you've made and the deeper nature of the issue, so it will help me support you more effectively going forward. It will save time and money otherwise spent in sessions, as it will take you straight to the heart of the situation.

What I Can't Do
You are discouraged from discussing or analysing a constellation - especially within a few weeks of it happening. So, whilst we can do follow up work around the outcome and realisations you have as a result of the constellation, we won't be debriefing it in any detail on the day or probably at any point. It creates healing images in the heart and soul which are quite easy to disperse when we process them through the head. This may not make sense to you if you haven't experienced one but it will do once you're there.

Support Costs
A constellation usually takes about an hour and I'd be available to you before and afterwards so the time needed to support you on the day will be about 1.5 hours. Normally 1.5 hrs of my time costs £70. I am, however, mindful of the fact that you're already paying for your own workshop place, so I hope to make this viable by supporting more than one client per workshop. In Hove support will cost £50 and in Clapham it costs £75. This is separate to the cost of the workshop and would be invoiced to you directly by me. I will pay for my own workshop place and and my own travel and accommodation where necessary.

As I mentioned, to be able to offer this, you may not be the only person I will be supporting, though you will have my absolute undivided support and attention before, during and immediately after your constellation.

Brighton Workshop Dates: November 28-29
Times: 10-5 pm. Non-residential.
Venue: The Werks, 45 Church Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 2BE. A short walk from Hove station. There is a very reasonably priced NCP Car Park close by.
Cost: £120 for an issueholder. £75 for a representative. £200 for couples. There are a few bursary places.

London Workshop Dates: February 27-28
Non-residential.
