Cayenne Flower | Goodness me this month's essence blend has a lot to answer for! I don't what results you're getting but so many stuck places have freed up for me it has felt like a spiritual colonic! One of this blend's most potent ingredients, Cayenne, really sets you on fire. So I've made all sorts of changes which were germinating through the long winter months.  Thank you to the readers who sent in this month's questions for Toyaa. Jane wanted to know about
the hereditary nature of illness, whilst Joanne was trying to
let go of the dark and finding it didn't want to let go of her!
Here are some extracts:
On Illness: 'Physical health problems are a result of lack of flow within your energy
field. The block begins far out in your energy field, by the time it is
noticeable in the physical realm it has been present for some time.
This lack of flow is why you often feel tired in the run up to a
physical illness; you are not able to receive normal levels of energy
because of the block. Somewhere in your field you have 'pinched off' the
flow from Source. This is why flow-ers help you rebalance. They were
designed to help flow, though many have forgotten why you named them
this way!'
On the Light and the Dark:
'Your greatest problem with the dark both inside you
and outside you is your judgement of it. Your most unhelpful reaction is
to run from it. Source loves all of you, the dark and the light. They
must co-exist. We cannot have one without the other. If you experience
these as conflicting, it will create tension and fear inside you which
will be reflected in your external world.
Is not the shade welcome when
the heat of the sun becomes too much to bear? Is not the sadness of
parting part of the sweetness of finding each other again? Is not the
joy of life part of the ecstacy of reuniting with Source at the
transition of each incarnation? We feel sad at leaving those still in
the physical realm but when we are born we may feel sad to leave the
oneness that is our discarnate connection to Source. There is dark and
light in all things, one helps us appreciate the other.'

 As some of you may know, I've had a facebook page for a while and I apologise to all of you who have asked to be my friend and who may have felt ignored or who thought the page was inactive. The fact is that I've been in an impasse with Facebook; I wanted to separate the personal from the professional but I didn't know how - more face off than facebook! However with the help of my

I'm often asked what the difference is between Bach Flowers and the other essences that I use. The simplest answer is that Bach Flowers work on states that we're conscious of, whereas other essences release unconscious karmic
patterns that can be deeply buried and hidden from us.
This means that Bach Flower Remedies work best with children, animals or with adults who want to deal with states they are aware of, such as feeling irritable or withdrawn, or states which are of very temporary duration, such as a house move or an operation or even treating the reactions which can arise as you take deeper acting essences. An adult can take a blend of up to eight remedies to reflect their current state.
This can either be done by talking things through together as part of a consultation or you can make up your own Bach Flower blend online. To reach the causes of a repeating pattern of behaviour, emotional reaction or belief system you need deeper acting essences which show you the roots of the issue. For example a deep acting blend to deal with the Aries/Impatiens pattern which can afflict us all at times, is: Healthy Rhythms. This contains several deep acting essences including Thyme and Rhododendron.
