There's nothing like a holiday deadline to get things done, is there? 'Reformat the newsletter' was on my to-do list for so long that I shall positively miss it! Some of you said the columns made it hard to read, so I hope you prefer the new look - do email me feedback, I'd love to know your thoughts.

| Thought for the Month
I thought I'd share a top tip with you this month. Start your day with an inspirational, high vibrational thought. It really helps to set the tone for the day, like setting your 'mind music' to a positive channel.
One of my personal favourites is to have a daily thought from Abraham-Hicks drop into my inbox. A recent example was a great reminder: 'Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don't want.'
Another one I listen to is Marianne Willimason's 'Miracle Thought for the Day'. There's always something there to spark my interest or open my heart.
In a recent recording she said: 'A meaningful life is not a popularity contest' How true! Yet how many of us carry patterns of needing to please people and avoid conflict in the hope of having more love and harmony in our lives, only to find that we feel unfulfilled.
Fulfillment comes from meaningful service, so a strong vision and sense of purpose are essential. Once these are in place we feel much more motivated, decisions are easier to make and other people's reactions become their business, not ours. When our Higher Self is directing our journey we no longer need to justify it to others and the Universe lends its joyful support to our endeavours.
