Personal transformation is the theme for the summer; going right back to healing past life dynamics, which is what this month's new Past Life blend will help you with. It promotes deep cellular cleansing, so drink lots of pure water when you take it.

In order to create the future we want, we need to free ourselves from our past conditioning, from automatic responses triggered by memories locked deep in our psyche. Memories which provoke the strongest reaction are usually related to trauma, such as fear or shame. The path of spiritual growth can appear hard, because you recreate situations which give you the chance to face and overcome these past demons. Common past life issues include abusing power which means that this lifetime you may find it challenging to step into leadership or great healing gifts which you were once persecuted for but this time you need to overcome that fear in order to awaken and develop your gifts to help others.
Past life issues also relate to people who reincarnate with us through many lifetimes in the role of parent, sibling, lover or authority figure. Sometimes you may be the 'victim' in this relationship, sometimes the 'rescuer', sometimes you may take the dominant, persecuting role. If you've been betrayed, abandoned or victimised in this lifetime, you can be fairly sure that you'll have taken the opposite role in previous lifetimes. Karma has a way of balancing our experiences. This is why forgiveness is so important, because when we forgive others for their perceived wrongdoing we forgive that in ourselves as well. This is not about taking a superior moral stance but about realising that we're all one. What the other person is capable of, so are you. What they have done, you may have done yourself in past lifetimes. Embracing them as part of yourself sets you both free. This blend will help you integrate your past and present lives.

| Ho'oponopono - Forgiveness Ritual
 Forgiveness is key to many of your attunements this month. This is something we need to do for ourselves and for those in our lives whom we haven't forgiven on a regular basis. Resentment, anger and bitterness can lie deep in our unconscious. We then sabotage ourselves for what we think of as our unforgivable past actions or for the actions of others that we cannot accept. Here is a really effective ritual to help you walk out of any inner prisons you may have unwittingly created for yourself or others:
It helps to be in nature for this, in the open air and/or by water. If you're indoors you may find significant music, candles and incense helpful. Sit quietly and focus on relationships where you hold anger or resentment, where you feel judged, undervalued or belittled. Write 'I release karma with these people through this life and all lifetimes' and note their names down.
One by one take those relationships into your heart and accept and acknowledge the pain they have caused you. It can help to repeat the Ho'oponopono mantra as many times as is necessary to feel relief. Then either burn the paper with the names on or allow it to float off in flowing water. Finally take an image of yourself into your heart and do the same for yourself for each action you have made that you have judged yourself for.
This is a suggested framework; follow your own promptings to personalise your ritual. Once you set the intention to release the karma and forgive, you will be shown signs, so stay alert.

I did this myself last week lying a bath of dead sea salt, aromatherapy oils and with a lavender candle burning I allowed the pure Pi Water to wash away the past. The sense of lightness afterwards was immense - highly recommended! |

- Avoiding taking action to resolve things by being too tired and lacking in energy
- Deciding 'it's all too complicated' and we have no power to make difference, so why even try.
- Losing connection with joy and simple, childlike fun

Magic Moments
 Regular readers will know that I potentise my essences under a bespoke pyramid which has been in the Great pyramid at Giza. It was attuned to me and had a rose quartz capstone added. When I potentise flower essences I hear a particular high-pitched sound and when it's a crystal essence I hear another more screechy one. My guides tell me that it's the sound of the flower devas and the crystal elementals singing to the bottles. When I asked why it didn't sound more, er, celestial:) I was told that it was outside normal hearing range. At their frequency it apparently sounds divine. It was only when I found this link of crickets chirping at a vastly slowed down speed which I shared in a previous issue, that I realised what they meant.  Essence of the Month: Daisy
