Making Soul Time
In the last few weeks, like many of us, I was caught up in the hyper-busyness of the run up to Christmas. Somewhere is the midst of so much 'doing' I forgot to 'be'. Luckily I take regular essence blends and was guided to Lady's Slipper in my attunement blend, an essence which helps re-integrate our spiritual purpose with our daily work. This gave me the key to why I was feeling so tired - I wasn't drawing from Source for inspiration.

At that point on a dark, wet winter's evening my friend suggested we went for an evening of group soul work. We both had work deadlines but I knew she was right - I stopped listening to my head telling me to stay in and started listening to my soul which needed nourishment. The best decision of the week. I woke the next morning centred, happy and full of purpose.

Would you like to shower under a waterfall or bathe in waterfall water?

Maybe it's just me, but I find I get my best inspirations in the shower. There's something wonderfully energising about standing under fresh running water. I'd already had a huge improvement in my health when I got a Nikken Pi Mag water system - my migraines disappeared and my digestion improved - so when Nikken brought out a Pi Mag Shower I jumped at the chance to be able to immerse myself in it - the nearest thing I'd found to the energy of waterfall water.

Why showers are worse than tap water
If we let tap water stand for a while the chlorine can dissipate but when we're standing under a hot shower fed by chlorinated water with our pores open and receptive there's no time for that, so we absorb a lot of chlorine and other toxicities from the mains water. I could never understand why I sweated so much after a shower and my skin felt slightly oily. I suspect now that my body was trying to get rid of all the toxins it had absorbed. Since I've showered and bathed in Pi Mag water that's stopped and only comes back when I forget to change the filter.

It's incredibly easy to install as the filter is in the handle of a standard shower head. So I just unscrewed my normal shower head and hose and screwed this one on - no tools required. For a Pi Mag bath I just lay the shower head in the bath and let it fill up. At only £121 for a lifetime of daily benefit it's a bargain. The filter needs changing every 3 months of average use.

Top Tip
If I'm feeling tired or drained I stand in the shower or lie in the bath and imagine golden light showering all over me and see the negativity drain out of the plughole.
