Let Go and Flow

 Happy New Year! Welcome to a new start and a fresh perspective on your river of life. How are you experiencing yours at the moment? Are you negotiating exhilarating rapids, paddling wearily upstream, enjoying the scenery or clinging to a rock? I've definitely experienced all these states in an action-packed 2009.
Whether we're in effortless flow or we've just lost our paddle, there exists the perfect flower or crystal for that moment. Nature's way of reminding us of a simple but timely truth. My own reminders this year included: - Your darkest hour allows in the greatest light
- Fear is a product of our mind, love is a product of our heart
- Before you react do a reality check - is the situation really as you perceive it to be?
- If you're tired, uninspired or overwhelmed - stop and deal with it - your quality of life improves 100%
- Saying 'no' allows you to say 'yes' to something better
- Hold the vision and listen for guidance - worrying about how it will happen isn't your job and is time better spent having fun.

 Let Go and Flow
If you've made your wish list for 2010, then remember to make space for it to manifest. If you'd like a new wardrobe, then go through your current one and decide what really fits with your 2010 vision of yourself. If you'd like a new relationship then do the same with your relationships, including the one you have with yourself. Have faith as you release the old energy and visualise the new energy coming in.
Letting Go Task for this month: Put out three boxes. One for recycling, one for the charity shop and one for resale. Choose one thing to clear out each day into the boxes. One drawer, one folder or one shelf. As you clear the space imagine it filling with golden light and feel excitement rise with the fresh new energy. Use hand chimes to make the space sparkle.

Bone Health - Take a Bone Scan

 Lessons in Life Slideshow
I was reminded by Diana Cooper's new book, 2012, that water is a wonderful way for the Earth to purify itself. Given all the recent snow and ice here in the UK it cheered me to think of all that is being washed away so that bright new energy can come in. I hope that this beautiful snowy slideshow gives you a contemplative moment over a glass of mulled wine or a cup of hot chocolate.
