 One morning in May I woke up after a fabulous day in nature, to find this new planetary essence range fully formed in my head. In a previous channelling some years ago the White Brotherhood had described to me how flowers and trees are in constant communication with the wider galaxy, which is why they are the best way to expand our consciousness and update our understandings. That's why virtual essences and attunements are the way of the future, as you will always receive the most up to date expression of that plant's consciousness. Thank you to the devas who planted the inspiration for this range - I hope you enjoy it and will pass it on using the blue forward link at the bottom, rather than your normal forward button which will otherwise send this as something that looks like Esperanto!
Your Planetary Soul Journey
This new range of essences have been created to support the soul journey of each planetary energy
based on Dr Bach's Twelve Healers. These were the first twelve flowers
that he found, each corresponding to a particular planetary energy.
If you've subscribed to the Spirit of Transformation newsletter you'll have had your soul flower reading based on the Bach Flower for
your birth sign. If not, email your sign and I'll send you the link and password.
The planetary blends below do not contain Bach Flowers, they work at a deeper
karmic level than those; deeper than most of us were able to
work when Dr Bach created his system in the 1930's. Astrology is not my area of expertise, but if you're familiar with your
chart and you know which planets are affecting you at the moment, that
might be a useful guide. Alternatively, read the descriptions to decide
which best fits the challenges you want to grow through at the moment

Virtual Attunements - Your Feedback
Now there are two ways to receive your essences
 Last month I launched virtual attunements and many of you decided to try one. Attunements are when I tune into your energy field and email you a description of the essences that come up as being most needed for you, giving you a clear picture of what your soul issues are right now.
There's no limit to what could come up, as I've never limited the ranges I work with and recently I've been guided to use some essences I'd never heard of, such as Joshua Tree, Big Bear Valley Woollypod Copperhead Snake and Manta Ray! In a normal attunement you then receive the essences in a bottle, in the virtual version they're sent as an energy download, flooding your energy field with new vibrations, working as deeply as you're able to allow.
Some of you have had amusingly synchronistic experiences with the virtual version such as the lady who, on the day of her attunement, 'happened' to go out and buy the fruit whose essence it then transpired she needed. She then emailed me at exactly the time I was downloading it to her. A gentleman in Ireland said he felt a wave of heat across his chest and throat for several hours after the download and a Yorkshire lass needed the essence of a tree - which turned out to be in her garden! NEW - Connecting to the Light
Awakening To Your Authentic Self
 Since the beginning of this year I've been increasingly aware of the importance of light and that the amount we're able to absorb is crucial to our level of wellbeing. As we move towards 2012 our 'light levels' are going to become ever more key. Investigating our shadow to find the light in the darkness will reveal our greatest gifts to us. Becoming familiar and at ease with that process will make shifting to higher levels of consciousness much more comfortable.
I've therefore created this new section of the website called Connecting to the Light as a home for all the guidance, techniques and materials I have found to be most effective in helping us do that and I'll be adding to it as time goes by. I hope you enjoy it!

 Essence of the Month: Rowan Tree
Forgiveness, Release of Ancestral Karma, Cosmic Connection
The mythical Rowan Tree has featured in many attunements this month. In Greek myth its berries represent blood and its leaves are eagle feathers. In Norse mythology man was made from the Ash tree and woman from the Rowan tree. In Britain, the sacred pentagram on each of its berries led to its use as protection against enchantment. Rowan is historically planted to protect a particular place and was used in amulets. The Druids used its bark and berries to dye their garments for lunar ceremonies. They built special platforms
made from interwoven Rowan twigs known as the Wattles of Knowledge
on which they would lie in trance
to gain hidden knowledge. Its branches are excellent for divining metals and make wonderful wands, as this tree connects us to our psychic powers. Read more on Rowan's history
The keynote of this essence is forgiveness. Rowan helps us learn to forgive ourselves and others and to heal the past.
It opens our heart to
unconditional healing love so that we can release our attachments to habitual,
inherited or karmically acquired patterns of behaviour and emotions, and

 Amazing Photos - The Power of Water
I've always needed to be close to the sea, there's something immensely healing, calming and cleansing just losing yourself in its movement or contemplating the horizon.
As I've lived mainly on the Mediterranean coast until I moved to Brighton, I've never seen huge waves like the ones in this slideshow taken in Hawaii by surfer and photographer Clark Little. It's full of incredible colours and shapes. I hope you enjoy it too!

Drunvalo Melchizedek - The Birth of a New Humanity
