It was interesting to see what flowers were chosen for the buttonholes and bouquets at the Royal wedding last month. There was Lily of the Valley for hope and trust and this month's single essence in the bride's bouquet Sweet William which helps clear old grudges to start a new romance with a clean slate. That was certainly more appropriate than some of the outfits - I did have a giggle at this Royal Wedding cartoon!
I've loved being with my local community this month, creating a Vortex essence when we got together from far and wide to build a life cairn at the top of Mount Caburn to honour endangered and extinct animals. To my surprise the energy that I needed to anchor at the cairn was that of unicorns, often described as ascended horses, so I'm delighted that this month's issue offers you a reader discount for workshops in horse healing - where you have a chance to learn from the horse's innate wisdom. One of the most common problems people suffer with is depression which I think of as 'suppression'. When we're depressed we often have a blocked sacral and throat chakra. The throat is where our creativity, which springs from the sacral area, finds an outlet. Block that energy pathway and you block your joy, your life force and the expression of your purpose, because all of us incarnated in order to create, using our unique gifts.
A gifts are often awakened through cellular memory, whether ancestral or past life. You may find the first time you pick up a paintbrush, some clay or a violin or that you move to music, you feel a rush of joy. Often this happens when we're young and we may not be encouraged at that time or the environment is too controlled or maybe we start to reawaken our talent but we're told to do something more 'serious' which we could earn a living from. So we put it aside as 'childish' or we allow it to be buried under something labelled work, such as artists who become architects or poets who become copywriters. Sometimes we may have the courage to go back to it as a hobby but by then we may no longer have the spontaneous confidence of our childhood so we pick up the same object of potential joy full of doubt and self-judgement. If so, find someone to support you in reconnecting to that moment when you felt that joyful creative spark.

Changes to Consultations - Attunements Remain the Same
Consultations and Attunements are now separate packages
 I'm in the process of creating more services at volume prices. I hope this will mean that I can help more of you come into closer connection with your personal guides and guidance and feel more confident in using essences as part of your growth. This means that time for personal consultations is very limited so the cost of these is now increasing, although if booked as a series of three sessions the increase is only £4 per session. In addition attunements will no longer be included as part of a consultation, as these greatly increase the time required. The majority of you prefer to order your attunements without a consultation, so I'm continuing to offer attunements at the current rate. Consultations can then be booked as support between attunements either individually or as a discounted package of three. I was fortunate enough recently to spend an evening with Helen Barton who channels John the Beloved. We were all so entranced and at peace that at the end nobody wanted to leave! Based in Australia, Helen's rarely in the UK though she does offer phone sessions with waiting lists up to four months long. Remembering the Way - Opening to Authentic Loving Relationships
Each month an essence gets a special mention and this month it's Sweet William. Although I don't normally offer single essences, this means it's available on its own just for that time.

Vortex and Sacred Site Essences
Working with Gaia
This month I connected with kindred spirits to build a life cairn on Mount Caburn in Sussex in honour of all extinct and endangered species. Personally I was guided to lay a crystal I had specially chosen and charged over a few days and was told it would help to anchor Unicorn energy for all of us who like to work with this particularly pure and magical energy of service.
We staggered to the top in gale force winds with a wide variety of musical instruments and a strong intention. I wanted to create a Connecting to Community essence deep in the vortex of the cairn. As I expressed this intent silently to myself two of us began drumming, then two more joined us and we spontaneously moved to the four different points of the compass reaching a natural crescendo that has brought real potency to this essence. The Contagious Power of Thinking - David Hamilton
