Some of you may know that Dr Bach created the second half of his Bach remedy range by going through the emotional and mental states himself until he could find the right flower or tree to heal it. I've been going through the same process myself with the Transformation Essence Range.
Since this month's new blend is Healing Heartbreak, you'll guess that the past few weeks have been really difficult. It has underlined the importance of open and honest communication, and of having a strong support network professionally, therapeutically and personally. When we are conceived the first organ to form is our heart. There is a moment that a heart is all we are and the rest of us grows from this. Our heart is the most intelligent organ in our body and the more we follow it and listen to it the richer our life will be.
When we're young we follow our heart instinctively. As children we know exactly what we want, when we need comforting and when we need to reach out and connect with others and freely show our love. As we grow we experience rejection and disappointment. We may give our love to those who cannot receive it or we may experience wonderful unconditional love with a parent, grandparent or a pet; then they die and it feels as though we have been abandoned.
Our heart becomes a battleground covered in scars and cluttered with wounded aspects of ourselves declaring that we will never let ourselves be hurt like that again. Our love becomes more conditional in the hope it will hurt less or make us less vulnerable, yet this diminishes both the giving and the receiving.
This blend is to help comfort and heal those wounded aspects of your heart, the parts that hold painful memories, that yearns for connection which you never seem to find because you seek it outside yourself. As this heals your heart you will be able to let go of guilt, anger and self-criticism so that you experience yourself as a whole loving heart, able to give and receive fully once more.

I really enjoyed reading The Hathor Material by Tom Kenyon last year and would highly recommend it. In the most recent transmission from the Hathors on the link below they explain the significance of the recent increased solar activity which is producing magnetic storms and solar flares that may shortly be posing problems for some of our telecommunication systems.
We all have an energy body around us which interpenetrates our physical body. The Hathors call it our KA body - a term used by the ancient Egyptian mystery schools. Many of you who practice Reiki and other forms of healing and are able to sense this field. The current solar activity is being reflected by our own KA body which is now sending out its own equivalent of solar flares which you may experience as bursts of spiritual or interdimensional light. Your reaction to this will decide whether you experience this as a time of great disruption or immense growth. There are exercises that you can do in meditation which will greatly enhance your ability to absorb this new energy, to strengthen and increase your KA body. As we head towards 2012 many of us are wondering how we can best prepare for the coming shift. I feel the shift has already started and it's simply speeding up with every day that passes. The most important thing we can do at the moment is to release the karma that we have come back into incarnation to clear. In doing this we will raise our vibration so that fourth and fifth dimensional energies will be easier to adjust to.
Many essences specifically deal with releasing karma and many also deal with opening us to multi-dimensional energies. Some essences will specifically say they help with developing what we call ''psychic gifts' such as telepathy. These are simply normal senses that we all have but we find hard to use in this current vibration. As we raise our consciousness it becomes much easier to use all our senses - not just the five that we're currently aware of.
