This month so many personal attunements have included Mulberry Tree that I've used it as the inspiration for a new Karmic blend - Karmic Forgiveness. One of our greatest blocks to growth is where we hold onto the fact that we've been wronged, betrayed, judged, abused, conquered, belittled or in some way victimised by another. One of the most important understandings that we now have is that we co-create with the Earth. One of the most unhelpful misconceptions we have lived with up to now is that we need to get energy from each other. This inevitably leads to imbalanced relationships and to power struggles. The healthy, pure, limitless and authentic source of our energy is the Earth itself.

I just love the Abraham Hicks teachings. They're funny and accessible; full of love and understanding of the challenges of being human. Here's a link on the right to a recent audio which i find useful to listen to when I'm in a difficult space.

 Essence of the Month: Fire Agate
Balancing Fire Energy,
Safety in Expressing Creativity and Desire
Each month an essence gets a special mention and this month it's Fire Agate. Although I don't normally offer single essences, this means it's available on its own just for that time.
- This essence can reduce excess yang energy.
- It works strongly in the heart and sacral chakras.

Animal Magic
Magic Moments
 I love the way animals can open our hearts with their antics and this Japanese cat Maru has a fixation about boxes. Big or small Maru loves to get into them, in the same way that small children find the packaging far more entertaining than the present. My current favourite is this video of Maru finding a particularly large box and trying to find a way in, leaping from worktops and finally perfecting a standing jump.
