Maybe it's due to the two full moons this month that deep karmic ties have come up for release. Both myself and many others have recently had to let go of the familiar framework of our life and don't yet know what will replace it.
This kind of chaos, which is a necessary part of change, can feel very stressful and often triggers old behaviour patterns. We may fall ill, withdraw, or comfort eat. We may try to gain time by skipping exercise routines, spiritual practices or shortening sleep. We may try to gain energy with coffee or sugar or zone out with TV. In short, we often jettison the things which keep us sane and well-balanced when we need them most. So this is a reminder to be your own best friend and to 'pay yourself first' energetically speaking in stressful times. This month's essence blend below, will help you do just that.

Essence Attunements
You've got a lot of bottle!
I continue to be amazed at your feedback from essence attunements. Committing to releasing karmic issues isn't always easy but it's important to know that essences cannot bring up feelings that weren't already there - however deeply buried. Where negative emotion is concerned, it's definitely a case of 'better out than in'. If left in our energy body negative feelings can lead to uncomfortable physical symptoms and destructive behaviour patterns. We can always take Bach Flowers alongside the deeper acting essences to keep us balanced whilst we grow. Oh and it needn't be difficult. If something tricky is lurking just below the surface, the right blend can pop it out like a cork from a bottle, bringing immediate relief. Dolphin Calls - Sacred Geometry
Sonic Patterns
I love dolphins, who bring in the energy of Sirius, the healing planet. I sometimes see them around me when I'm giving healing; they bring joy, playfulness and a 'lighten up' energy. Recently some intriguing and beautiful patterns have emerged when dolphin calls were converted into kaleidoscopic visual imagery using a software program called wavelets.They have been put up on an internet gallery. There are fourteen photographs in the gallery - many of which remind me of mandalas. All of them are very beautiful. See what you think.

 Bone Health - Take a Bone Scan

Our bones are our repository for minerals and
particularly calcium. We need to make regular withdrawals from this bank to maintain our ph balance. As we age it's harder for our body
to absorb and retain calcium. My father has now broken both his hips,

 Forgiving, Accepting and Loving Ourselves

you aren't good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time
loving anyone, since you'll resent the time and energy you give another
person that you aren't even giving to yourself." Barbara De Angelis
If I could wave a wand and give everyone a gift it would be that of self-love. Almost all our unhelpful patterns come from judging ourselves as 'not enough', whether it's in the past or the present, whether we're physically not slim enough or solvent enough, emotionally not decisive enough, mentally not clever enough or spiritually not disciplined enough. We then project those judgements onto those around us with blame, criticism and negative thoughts. This lack of acceptance keeps us apart from the loving essence of who we really are and stops us seeing the loving essence in those around us.
Many self-employment gurus say 'always pay yourself first' as a key to abundance, yet many self employed people pay themselves with what's left over at the end of the month. There's an energetic truth to this: give enough to yourself first and then you will have the strength and serenity to give to others with joy. Self-Love Task for today: ask yourself what you'd advise yourself to do as a self-love priority if you were your own best friend or loving guardian angel and do it. So far I've sourced and hired support with my computer system, booked a massage, a spiritual guidance session with my supervisor, lunch with a friend and a dance class!
