The initial attunement usually indicates whether what needs releasing now is of ancestral origin or something from your childhood. Here are some examples of remedies which have come through in recent attunements which would indicate a need to work with family karma:

Karmic Guilt
Bog Pine Pine overall is an excellent remedy for feelings of guilt and yet Bog Pine is especially helpful for those who experience guilt as an overwhelming and very deep-seated emotion. Often the guilt is a family inheritance that goes back many generations and has increased with each generation that has been unable to work through it and release it. Since feelings of guilt can block an abundant flow of all positive things into our life, it is important to make peace with feelings of guilt in order to move forward. Definitely. You can use the time to ask about other family members too. If you'd like more than one remedy blend just choose the appropriate fee on the drop down menu button on the website. Can I use this service if I already have my own Bach Remedies and just want advice on which to use?
Absolutely. You'll find that option on the drop down menu button. You can also buy a full set of remedies from Crystal Herbs.

Can I use this service if I'm already consulting with you or taking an attunement of deeper acting essences?
Sure! The deeper acting essences can bring up difficult patterns and the Bach Flowers are a wonderful complement to helping these release comfortably. Just take the Bach Flowers 20 minutes away from your deep acting essences. Remember, you're entitled to a free quick Bach Flower check-in if you're consulting with me regularly, so this only applies if you'd like an in depth consultation between regular sessions.

I've tried Bach Flowers, especially Rescue Remedy, and they didn't work
If you'd like to use Bach Flower remedies for you and your family you need to be sure you're using an effective brand. Personally I'd avoid buying from large chains. I recommend both Crystal Herbs and Healing Herbs as essence producers with real integrity. If you're unsure then have yours checked by a kinesiologist.
