We've been having a prettyhectic time with the arrival of our new range of Golden Energywear, soapologies for the non-arrival of Living With Energy Awareness! We've also been encountering a lot of 'interesting' environmental stresses,commonly called entities, so thought we'd talk about those today.


Severing The TiesThat Bind

Over thelast 30 years of helping clients sort out their environmental energieswith Vision (i.e. energy-aware) fengshui,we've encountered a very wide range of environmental stresses, some ofthem making "scientific sense" - like signals from electronic equipmentsuch as phone masts, TV's, microwaves, computers etc.- and others altogether different.

Someexamples of more 'novel' environmental stresses have included:

Anold portrait of a child, painted one week before his death fromconsumption (tuberculosis), in which the image's eyes emitted a stressthat caused the new owner to experience sudden writer's block,headaches, depression and fatigue;

A large African mask at the top of a flight of stairs in a family home,whichprecipitated a series of serious accidents - some fatal - for membersof the family;

An alcove opposite a front door, containing an energy that movedaround, causing the owners of the property to experience digestivedisorders, skincomplaints, anxiety, disorientation and pain

Thecommon linkbetween these and many equivalent cases is a form of environmentalstress commonly referred to as an "entity" - a subject that fascinatesor frightens some people but simply annoys others . . .

Thereare,broadly speaking, three types of environmental stress: fixed (i.e.unchanging) signals, dynamic (i.e. self-modulating) signals or mobilesignals. An entity always either the second or third type.


Dynamic Stresses

Weencounteredtwo interesting examples of the second, dynamic, form of stress, acouple ofweeks ago. The first involved someone who'd recently become unable tosleep in her own bedroom and so was sleeping in her guest bedroom, butstill feeling exhausted at times during the day.

When weconducted a Living Homeconsultation - a complete energetic makeover - at her flat, we found anunusuallypowerful dynamic stress permeating the entire property. It emanatedfrom the bedroom. There, we found not one but two entities. The mostpowerful signal came from a black candle with a pentagram on its side.The second, which directly attacked the bed, was being emanated by asmallstatue of the Egyptian god, Anubis.

Theclient wasamazed  -  she'd recently been given both objects by anex-boyfriend. Her reiki master and a close friendboth remarked how she had changedsince attending a well-known channeling workshop. The changes includedsome bizarre behaviour at an impromptu party plus going onshopping sprees and bringing back allkinds of ornaments that increased the strength of the entity's energyfield in the flat. After we removed or neutralised these items, shehappily reported thatshe'd returned to her own bedroom and was sleeping well once again.

Thesecondrecent example of a dynamic stress was a woman - we'll call her "Jane"- who'd been living, for a long time, on a diet consisting of only sixfoods - a diet that had become increasingly constricted since 1998. Ifshe ate anything else she suffered extreme exhaustion, often beingunable to get out of bed for 24 hours afterwards. Jane had seen a largenumber ofmedical specialists and other practitioners, but to no avail.

Theentity, that immediately became apparent in Jane's EnergySolutionssession, was contained in her ring. The ring didn't include any stonesbut had an intricately-shaped design. The stress in the ring wasstronglyconnected to one of the roots of both her 6th and 4th chakras. Wishingto demonstrate to Jane how her ring was affecting her foodintolerances, I asked her to remove it. She then went through anenormous psychological and physical struggle to take it off, explaininghow she'd been given it byher daughter - not a long time before her problems started - and hadnever taken it off since.

When anentityis deeply connected to the 6th and 4th chakras, it exerts aconsiderable  influence on its host's thoughts and feelings.Jane took several minutes battling with her - or, more accurately, theentity's - resistance to removing the ring. To her considerable credit- many people find themselves emotionally unable to remove a damagingitem of jewellery - Jane finally managed it and was then amazed anddelighted to see how her food tolerances immediately improved. Thisprocess of being able to restore previously exhausting foods to her diet willcontinue - as longas Jane keeps the ring well away from her.

Entities of one kindor another affect a vastnumber of people - which is to say that "possession" is both much moresubtle and more commonplace than is usually understood by the term.There are, in fact, energetic "markings" in peoples eyes showing inwhat ways and to what extent their thoughts, feelings and actions arecontrolled by entities.

Unfortunately, this condition can be hard to resolve.Popular techniques for dealing with entities - incantations, exorcisms,visualisation or other such rituals - sadly often only amplify the problem orcompound itscomplexity, especially in the case of a mobile stress. More effectiveresponses are usually, though not always, characterised by theirdown-to-earth nature, such as removing the container - e.g. the candle (see above) - that holds the entity's energy.


Mobile Stresses

Mobile stresses - the third type of environmentalstress - can be more challenging. I recall one attached to ayoung woman's energy field, damaging her security ki in a way that resultedin her oftensuffering accidents and, eventually, being involved in a fatal caraccident that left her in a coma. Severing the entity'sconnection - an "entifil" - to her required a sustained efforton her part. But she rigorously complied with all the instructions -some of which were rather odd, from a conventional point of view - andsucceeded not only in eliminating the entity but also, as a happy"side-effect," won a highly unusual reprieve from the expected legalconsequences of her motoring misfortune.

Entities are one of the least-understood forms of environmental stress- possibly only second to that of the mysterious energetic challengesinherent to humanrelationships :) Nevertheless, they exert a profound influence oneveryaspect of human life, including, ironically, the lives of many ofthe people who are least prepared to consider the influences that"help" shape the words, thoughts and feelings that arise within themfromone day to the next . . .
