In common with homeopathic remedies; another branch of vibrational
medicine; flower and crystal essences contain no trace matter
of the original plant or crystal. We use heat and light to imprint
the flower or crystal's energy into the water. Since you and
I consist mainly of water, this is an ideal medium to transmit
their healing energy to us.

How do they work?
Flower and Crystal essences work on all levels of our being:
emotional, spiritual, mental and physical. They rebalance
and repair our energy body, which is like light field around
us. This contains the blueprint from which our physical body
is formed. This is why essences are so powerful; because they
treat the causal level of a problem, whether it's manifesting
as an emotional, physical, mental or spiritual challenge. Flowers and trees are in constant communication with the wider galaxy, which is why they are the best way to expand our consciousness and update our understandings.

Which Essences do you work with?
I use two groups of essences, one works on states we are
conscious of, the other releases unconscious patterns:
Bach Flower Remedies
which work best with children or with adults who want to
deal with states they are aware of, such as feeling irritable
or withdrawn. A blend of up to eight remedies can be made
up for an adult to reflect your current state. This can
either be done by talking things through together as part
of a consultation or you can make
up your own Bach Flower blend online.
With adults and particularly those of you interested
in personal growth, I work by personally
attuning blends of Deep Acting Flower and Crystal Essences
from all around the world such as Opal,
Sunflower,
Cedar
or Pineapple
essence, which work on much deeper, subsconcious and karmic
levels than the Bach Flowers. For an example of how an individual

Working
with Deeper Acting Karmic Essences
Many of these deeper acting essences are working on old
family patterns and karmic themes and are not suitable
for children. They are powerful allies however, if you want
to get to the root of very persistent issues, especially if
you feel that they are linked to your childhood or are being
felt through your ancestral line - illnesses or behaviour
patterns which 'run in the family' (and at this point in the
Earth's evolution, some of them positively gallop!).
Two ways to use them - with and without therapeutic
support
Working at a karmic level is most effectively done with therapeutic
support. You can either have a consultation
with Nikki face to face or on the phone or, if you have
adequate support in place already, you can order a spiritually
guided personal essence attunement.
This is an intuitive essence reading which Nikki sends to
you in the form of an essence blend and a written description.
It is chosen through spiritual guidance to address the most
pressing soul issues you're working with now. It will shed
light on the real root of your issues, which can bring deep
insights. Taking the essence blend then brings these emotional,
mental and karmic patterns from the unconscious to the conscious
for clearing.
Don’t get lost in the diagnosis,
the medicine, or in the statistics about what somebody else
did about it. If you don’t feel good, it’s because
you’re not thinking in a way that allows the Energy
to flow. You could just get really, really mad at someone
you love and make every muscle in your body stiff. And you
would ask, “Why does my body feel this way?” And
we say, because you’ve had a Vibrational tug-of-war
going on...Stop looking for anything other than your mental
and emotional state of being as answers to why you feel how
you feel in your body. It is all Vibrational—no exception!
