Decide how often you'd like to order something, whether it's monthly or three-monthly. For example you can have a filter and sponge delivered every month or every three months. Contact  me with your order, your credit or debit card details  and delivery address. Your order will be delivered within 4-5 working days and will then continue to be delivered at monthly or three-monthly intervals, whichever you've chosen. You can email with a contact a number - please don't give card details on email. 

Providing you contact me within a week of your next delivery I can change the delivery date to one which would suit you better. If you don't need another filter so soon, you can either change it to a different discounted product on that occasion, such as Barleygrass or magnetic insoles, or cancel the order and start again when you're ready.
