A partial lunar eclipse marked our passing through the Lion's Gate on August 8 when new light and information bathed the Earth. As a result you may notice new insights and a deepening of your meditation practice or visionary abilities.
It also marks a time to release the shadow of the past, so we're heading for a clear out on every level.
In particular we need to lay down our ancestral burdens. These are expressed in our physical bodies, as well as in our emotional patterning and belief systems. New information suggests that we may even physically inherit mercury and other heavy metal toxicity, as well as viruses so, together with rituals to release energetic ancestral burdens, great self-care and a cleanse of your diet and water will all support you at a denser vibrational level. Pep yourself up with a healthy coffee alternative. When I'm starting to flag and don't want to resort to caffeine, peppermint oil in my diffuser is the healthy answer. If you're familiar with five element theory, it strengthens your Earth element which is the foundation for all the others.

The Spiritual Association of Great Britain (SAGB) was set up in 1872 and has been offering comfort to the bereaved and evidence of life after death ever since.
Individual Sittings: a sitting with an experienced medium can be done remotely over Skype as well as face to face at the SAGB in central London. Sittings are available in several languages including sign language.
