Are you reading the signs?
Mercury retrograde until the end of this month means you'll be offered fresh perspectives on the past.
A passing comment could shed a new light on an experience or you may meet with someone who was with you at that time, but who drew very different conclusions.
You may notice how you've denied or avoided something from your past which is nudging you now. Maybe an old photo reminds you or a childhood friend gets in touch. Perhaps a memory surfaces in a dream accompanied by suppressed emotion seeking release. It might even be an animal, tree, flower or bird that catches your attention with a message.
Sometimes we even need a similar experience again, as an echo of that past event, until we get the learning.
Keep your awareness high by regularly stepping back and observing your life from the vantage point of your wise higher self. What's asking for your attention and why? This is a time to direct your attention inward and family patterns are particularly highlighted.

What guides you in life? We're born with a strong connection to spirit and, as babies, we constantly reconnect with it by sleeping a lot.
As we grow, slowly but surely, we learn to survive in this physical world but unfortunately the price we often pay is to use only external indicators when deciding what to do, say and act.
As vulnerable children it's essential that our caregivers love and look after us, so it's natural that we learn to do whatever will bring us their approval and attention - even if it's negative attention won by 'bad' behaviour. Eventually we create a personality that designed by our circumstances rather than informed by our soul.
This childhood conditioning forms the template for our growth as an adult. The more we can identify old coping strategies and replace them with behaviour that comes from our authentic essence, the more we mature into our true self.
That journey towards reclaiming our divine blueprint needs to be guided by our soul - our connection to Source (or whatever you prefer to call it). So step one is always to connect to that part of you. Even if it's only a few minutes a day, check in, feel the love that's there for you and pick up any messages from your spiritual inbox. You may do it by meditating, by walking in nature, by smelling flowers, painting, journalling, drawing, listening to music or simply contemplating something beautiful or moving.
The more you're able to do this the stronger your connection will become and the more you'll be able to trust the unconditional love and immense intelligence of Source. Even when we may not feel seen or heard, Source is there.
 Many of the exercises and techniques I use involve plugging into this knowing field, including tuning in for you. Feeling that loving connection is always a pleasure and I know things are expanding at the moment because I've had several new (to me) totem animals, archangels and plants arrive in your attunements, so I'm being kept on my toes:)
At some level we know we're a spiritual being having a human experience and that's why many of you tell me you find yourself welling up when you read your attunements. The relief and confirmation that you're part of the knowing field can provide deep heart healing and my wish is always that you keep strengthening that connection until you too can read it like an instruction book and lean into it for nourishment.
Keep in mind too that, even if that connection is usually solid, there will be days when it wobbles and, if you're swept up in emotional static and lose it, that's when essences are a lifeline.

Loving What Is - Four Key Questions
Byron Katie suffered from severe depression before having an epiphany and realising that the cause of her suffering were her thoughts - not her actual situation, but her response to it.
So she devised a simple way that allows any of us to enquire into our thoughts using four questions, which she calls The Work.
Since then she's taught this method to thousands of people around the world and trained others to facilitate using her method. They run workshops in various languages in Germany, the UK, USA, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Sweden, Tunisia, Spain, France, Belgium and Canada.

 Staying well in today's world means focusing on two things: - what goes in
- what comes out
Overall the goal is to reduce the toxins entering our energy field and increase the toxins going out - and that means emotional as well as physical toxicity. It can feel a huge task but it's actually the small tweaks you make every day that can create habits which make a long-term difference to your health.
