Cleansing Our Heart
Over the past few months the planet has been bathed in higher frequencies of light. This is why you may have noticed increased pressure to cleanse any shadow aspects of your personality or difficult ancestral karma.
In order to create the New Earth that Eckhart Tolle spoke of, our choices need to be conscious ones guided by the intelligence of our heart, yet it's often the most conflicted and scarred part of us.
This great balancing chakra of our body balances and transmutes our emotional pain, understands the messages of our physical suffering and signals constantly to our brain, whether we're aware of it or not. Once we heal its scars and face the memories that it holds, we're able to see ourselves more clearly and project less onto those around us. Best of all, the more pain we release the more space we make for love and compassion - and there can never be too much of that in the world.
