Speaking Your Truth
Astrologically speaking, the theme of the next couple of weeks is about speaking your truth.
Unfortunately, in many cultures and through nobody's fault, we don't usually get great results when we do that as children. We're often told to be 'polite', which feels like a distortion of our truth.
Telling the truth as we see it might even mean being sent to our room or gaslighted: told 'not to be silly' or 'of course mummy's not sad', for example. And that's how we learn both not to trust our intuition and that speaking our truth might mean punishment or rejection.
No wonder so many of us grow up with blocks in our throat chakra.
The best place to start when you become aware of this pattern is by being truthful with yourself. Trust what your intuition is telling you about yourself, your decisions and your life. It may not be comfortable to hear but until you've accepted your own truth, it's impossible to live authentically and, most importantly, nothing will change.
One essential quality you need to have in abundance when you reach for your truth is compassion. Often we whitewash our actions or words because we're ashamed - and shame distorts your life and erodes your happiness like no other emotion. It's the root of every act of self-sabotage.
So let yourself off the hook. Be honest about your past and your present and forgive yourself. We can only do the best we can with the awareness we have at the time. When you meet yourself with compassion your inner demons lay down their arms and you find the gifts they were hiding.
This issue offers lots of remedies to help awaken your compassion. As you forgive yourself you can speak your truth gently with love rather than judgement. That will enable it to be received with openness instead of defensiveness. That's the route to peace at a time of tremendous conflict and every act that brings peace helps the collective.

From Self-Judgement - Self-Compassion - Bach to Basics |

Do you easily feel guilty? Do you often criticise yourself, your work or how you look? Do you feel you aren't up to all the responsibilities you've taken on?
One of the most important life lessons is that of self-acceptance and self-love. Being around someone who's happy in their own skin, who meets their own needs and who's comfortable with their decisions and achievements can be a real education. If those lessons are on your curriculum, here are some remedy suggestions below:
Pine - is the remedy to reach for when you find you're constantly apologising - even for things that aren't your fault or under your control - maybe even saying sorry for being ill or upset.
If you feel guilty for sending back food in a restaurant or making a legitimate complaint or simply receiving your share, Pine is your friend.
We need Pine when we feel 'not good enough'. We may unconsciously put ourselves in situations that punish us, such as a belittling partner, a slave-driving boss, a love that's never returned or a life that requires constant sacrifice.
As you take Pine you begin to realise you deserve love and joy in your life. Instead of pushing it away, you open up to receive appreciation and you're able to assert your needs and opinions, which allows you to reclaim your self-respect.
Crab Apple - this is one of the remedies for perfectionism and is a marvellous support if you have problems with your self-image. If you fixate on a physical flaw and feel that all would be well if only you didn't have a big nose or skin blemishes or you could banish bloating for example, this is a great choice.
Crab Apple often relates to a desire for purity and cleanliness, so it may be helpful in the current climate as many of us are more aware than usual of infection and hand-washing. Crab Apple can help you relax and get things in perspective. It's also very useful if you find you unintentionally act as a cleanser of negative energy for others, as it will clean and purify your energy field.

You may come down with flu or you may break down in unaccustomed tears, feeling you've taken on more than you can manage.

According to Rupert Sheldrake’s hypothesis of morphic resonance, memory is inherent in nature, and the so-called laws of nature are more like habits. All species have a collective memory, on which each individual draws and in turn contributes to.
