The Key to Transformation
This issue is likely to arrive with you on the full moon total lunar eclipse in Scorpio on May15/16. Of course these energies affect us in the lead up to this date and for some time afterwards but it's particularly intense over the next couple of weeks.
Anything that you've put off dealing with or swept under the carpet is likely to need attention - it will no longer be ignored. This is likely to happen on the world stage too, with lots more secrets coming out, but where we can make a difference is to use this transformational energy as a key to change in our own life.
It may be in your health, self-care, finances, relationships or working life but somewhere you'll be asked to let go of toxic influences and face things you've been avoiding. We usually avoid things because we don't feel confident in being able to handle them or they bring up shame, guilt, fear or other uncomfortable emotions. However the wonderful thing is that when we do deal with them, we can experience an exhilarating burst of trapped energy. We realise that we're stronger, braver and more capable than we thought. Our awareness expands, our vision of ourself changes and that affects every area of our life in a positive way. So whatever you finally let go of or sort out or act upon you'll find new opportunities arrive that you may not have seen before and you'll be a brighter more confident and more expanded version of you.

One of the first things we do in a coaching session is assess where you're out of balance. Most of us over-stimulate certain areas and don't nurture ourselves enough in others. For example we may spend too much time in our head and not enough in our body, resulting in poor sleep, brain fog, loneliness and health problems. Or we may focus too much on our responsibilities with no time allowed for pleasure and creativity - a sure way to slide into depression and fatigue. Or we may give endlessly but not allow ourselves to receive, leading to burnout and a lack of self-compassion.
The imbalances in our lives are usually apparent from early on, which is one of the many reasons I take a history from you before we start. They usually result from the beliefs we grew up with, which we formed as a result of our childhood circumstances. And until we uncover those beliefs we're destined to repeat the same patterns as adults.
For example you may have grown up associating your self worth with work or being productive or looking after others or being independent so you don't burden others. It can be very helpful to see how this plays out and then make a plan to break the pattern.
Patterns belong inside your comfort zone so the steps you need to take will mean stepping outside that, but that's where having a coach and essences to rely on can be extremely helpful. The essences can bring you what you need to enable you to make the change such as clarity, insight, courage, self-forgiveness or determination. And being accountable to someone is big help. I notice that when I check in with clients to see if they've done the things we agreed upon, a remarkable number of them have done them the day before our session!
The other reason a plan works so well in coaching sessions is because we do it co-creatively. The universe responds to us visioning a positive new future and expressing our heart's desires, so with two of us holding the vision synchronicities are more likely to happen. The vortex of attraction is strong and you can step forward knowing you're supported.

From Anxious What if? to Relaxed Faith - Bach to Basics |
|
Do you find it hard to relax? Are you over-cautious? Do you startle easily? Do you dread going to bed because you know you're gong to lie awake worrying? Do you tend to live in the future - often wondering 'what if...'? Do you often sense what's going to happen before it does?
If you're often told you have a vivid imagination you may recognise this state of being caught between two worlds. There's the reality that everyone seems to have agreed upon and there's another version unfolding in your head.
The remedy you need when you feel like this is Aspen which is from the Fear group of Bach flowers. We need it when fear is preventing us from grounding into our bodies, from fully embodying the present moment and taking effective action.
When you need Aspen you live in an ungrounded state, with your focus constantly on the future. it may be the immediate future or a more long-term future but either way what you imagine happening is threatening and negative.
You may shallow breathe when you need Aspen and you may look pale and even shake or tremble like the leaves of the Aspen tree. Sometimes this state is created because something dreadful happened to you that you haven't been able to fully process and now you feel chronically unsafe, or it may be a tendency you've lived with all your life. Maybe you always needed the light on at night as a child or you had to have your favourite blanket or toy to control your anxiety. Monsters under the bed may have felt real to you because you experience the veils between dimensions as very thin and you find it easy to move between them.
This state of chronic anxiety with no obvious cause can stop you from living your life to the full. You may fail to grasp opportunities because you don't trust they'll work out and people may walk on eggshells around you for fear of exacerbating your tendency to worry.
As you take Aspen you'll find that your courage will return. You'll feel able take risks again and to fully inhabit your body so that you're present to yourself, your needs and those you love. You'll begin to live life now in your body instead of in some future time in your mind. This will allow you to be more relaxed, decisive and self-empowered. You'll sleep better and you'll be able to use your extra-sensory powers in the service of others.
