We often use the term light workers but how and where do we carry light?

The light that we absorb into our bodies is carried in the water in our body's cells and tissues, which is why it's so important to stay well hydrated. The more hydrated we are, the more light we can take in and radiate to others.

As humans we're a bridge between the earth and sky, We carry the microbes from the earth in our digestive system and the light from the sun within our cells. We can last quite a long time without food, but without water we quickly lose our life force.

In this 59 minute video Pam Gregory interviews Hope Fitzgerald, author of The Infinity Wave: Mastering the Art of Love, Compassion and Flow

Hope explains how she had a wake up call at a sound workshop with Tom Kenyon - the man who channels the Hathors, featured in my last newsletter. Shortly afterwards she was visited by the image of a ten foot high wave and given the shape of the infinity symbol as a way of connecting to our divine consciousness. The many insights include;

• The way visualising an infinity symbol of water connecting you to someone else will connect your 'water bodies' - and therefore your divinity - causing a shift to higher consciousness with greater love and compassion. Hope gives a touching example of how this happened with a friend going into surgery.

• Water is god consciousness. Our divinity has been hiding in plain sight. Hope says that Masaru Emoto who first made water crystal images said 'water is god' at the end of an interview.

• As the water researcher Veda Austin points out water is liquid crystal. At the right temperature it will turn back into crystal (ice) again.

• About 70% of the Earth is covered in water. This is the same percentage of water that makes up our body and in the same way way the Earth has crystal deposits, our body has crystalline structures too, such as in our teeth, bones, pineal gland and inner ear. We reflect Mother Earth and when we harm or heal her, we harm or heal ourselves.

• Hope shares her insight that the sun sends information to the Earth via water which then grounds it into the Earth.

My own observations

• This insight chimes with how Dr Bach developed the 'sun method' for making Bach Remedies. One morning, walking on a welsh hillside he saw the sun shining on a dewdrop on a leaf. He tasted the dewdrop and realised it had the healing power of the plant encoded within it.

• The reason it's so important to stay hydrated is because water helps us to absorb light, to draw upon our divine wisdom and to have means of releasing back to the light anything that doesn't serve us.

• I believe we're seeing a reawakening of our understanding of the divine nature of water. There's a reason it's used in so many holy rites and why many rivers and lakes have always been held sacred by indigenous people.

• If you're feeling disconnected from your spirit or your inner wisdom, ensure you're fully hydrated, fully grounded and expose yourself regularly to light - these are the three essentials for health.

In the fourth century, the great Buddhist pilgrim Kumarajiva traveled from India to China, bringing with him rare Sanskrit texts that described visualizations and breath meditations to dissolve stagnation and fill the body with healing light. He translated them into Chinese, and they formed part of the spiritual and mind-transforming root of qigong.

This year, for the first time since golden Atlantis we've been able to access silver platinum light codes from Pluto at an 11D frequency. These codes enable us to move into the 6th dimension for higher ascension.

When you visit Pluto, Archangel Azriel, the angel of transition, takes you up into the 11th dimension, where there are seven pyramids, each holding different energies. As you accept and activate the light codes within one pyramid, it prepares you to access the codes of the next one.

You can start your journey to 7D ascension. This level of ascension has only previously been possible on Earth during the 1500-year golden era of Atlantis. The time has come for massive spiritual elevation.
