Our body is our truth teller. It sends constant messages about how we're responding to people and circumstances and guidance on how aligned we are with our intentions.

The question is: are we listening? Do we pay attention to the contraction in our stomach, the clenching of our hands or jaw, the goosebumps or a sudden surge of energy or joy?

If we're in our heads and following our thoughts it's easy not to notice subtle physical messages. Many people view their body as a machine that needs exercise and fuel when actually fear lives in our heads but love lives in our body. So if we want to feel wiser, happier and more empowered we need to spend more time connected to our body.
