This has been a tumultuous month with a recent full moon and partial lunar eclipse marking a time of major upheaval and more to come as we head towards the equinox on 22nd September.
You may be surfing the waves of energy effortlessly or the prompts to let go of what's no longer relevant for your growth could be showing up as emotional or physical discomfort.
Titanium essence, which focuses on cleansing the brow chakra, is becoming a theme for many of your attunements at this time. When your third eye is trying to clear and recalibrate it can manifest physically as headaches, sinus pain and issues with vision.
