In the Northern hemisphere we're in the season of fire - reflected in those now burning in parts of Portugal and southern France.
But how aware are you of the fire burning in your own heart? This is the time of year when it cleanses itself - especially of fear.
It may be the fear of having your heart broken all over again, fear of loss, abandonment, poverty or fear of allowing others to see you as you really are. Past hurts, failures and losses that we've never fully faced will be surfacing for our attention and we'll need all our courage to integrate these emotions.

Using Essences For Your Own Growth

As mystics have always known and quantum physics is now demonstrating, we're all interconnected. So when one of us releases an old pattern of anger or victimisation or poverty consciousness, we're one less person playing that tune on the planet and the vibration of that pattern and the strength of those thought-forms is lessened.
 There are many reasons why essences help so much with this process. These entirely natural creations fill your energy field with the vibration of a crystal, a flower, a butterfly, a bird, a colour or even a sound. Anywhere that frequency finds its opposite, it will be changed and transmuted.
The spiritual channel Abraham Hicks states that if they were in our physical shoes they would never adjust 'down' to vibrate with the pain of others because we're of greatest support when we're connected to Source in our highest, most joyful, frequency.
Essences are always connected in this way to Source. As new energies constantly flood Earth - now more than ever - every sentient being is upgraded (including us). The difference is that we often resist integrating new frequencies whereas crystals, animals, water and plants do not. Taking essences is a way of nudging any resistance to come into awareness for release.

The Eye of the Storm - Hathor Audio & Workshop

 The latest Hathor channeling via Tom Kenyon is called The Eye of the Storm. In this they mention the importance of finding the still point within yourself as the world becomes increasingly chaotic around us during this time in Earth's evolution.

Norman was a year old and 24 hours away from being euthanised at a rescue centre when he was taken home by a lady who then discovered he was going blind and nothing could be done. Despite that, Norman went on to rescue someone himself.

 Essential oils and colour awaken parts of the brain and the emotional body which help us to reconnect very directly with the divine. One of my favourite ways to do that is using Aura Soma.
