Phew - if you're energetically sensitive life will be feeling intense. There was a crescendo at the full moon last week and now we're revving up for the Lion's Gate that peaks on August 8 and completes on August 12 - more on that in Kelly Kolodney's video below.

The stronger and more balanced we are in all aspects of ourselves - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - the easier we'll find it to navigate this time, so you'll find lots of support in all those areas in this issue of the newsletter.
