Traversing Timelines
In the run up to the solstice we approach a time of greatest disparity between dark and light. Whether it's the shortest or the longest day on your part of the planet, it's a tipping point the marks a move back into greater balance.
December's solstice promises to be especially powerful with a lot of high frequency light coming through. As the light exposes the darkness in our world, both within us and in the outer world, it may not be pleasant but it's necessary for exciting and fundamental change to happen.
Allowing ourselves to see through cherished illusions can bring up sadness and pain for acknowledgement and release, as we create space for what's to come. At times like this it's important to stay in contact with like-minded souls and to be gentle, kind and compassionate to yourself.
Below you'll find ways to be in contact with groups who are travelling this timeline with awareness, even if the contact is not currently in person. Join ones which resonate and create an anchor at a turbulent time.

12 Days of Christmas - Let's Raise Our Frequency Together |
I've known Jon Mason for many years and hugely appreciate his ability to see and change energy. He's a powerful light worker, cleverly disguised as a chiropractor, who also works remotely:) A regular dose of his positivity and trust in the universe is just what we need right now.

Feeling Isolated? Bach to Basics |

This year has distanced us from those we love and forced many of us to spend time in our own company without being able to distract ourselves. It's also offered an opportunity to see what still needs healing or bringing into balance within us. Sensitive awakened introverts may have loved the stillness and solitude but for other personality types it can be tough.

This video of a New Zealand Ranger checking the progress of an albatross egg shows how far we've come. Water & Shower Filters
If you have a Nikken water system or shower head, the filters need changing every 3 months of average use.
Meeting Safely - Breathe Clean Air: Nikken's air filter units may come into their own at the moment, especially during family gatherings. They clean the air to HEPA quality - the same as operating theatres. Sadly the unit's have been discontinued, but if you have one, the filter pack needs changing every six months and they're still available.
