As many of you have noticed, the rapid changes we're going through - detailed in Nancy Rebecca's video below - are hard on our body and our emotions. To make room for more light we have to release the darkness. Emotionally that means letting go of trauma, negative beliefs and generational karma. Physically it means cleansing our cells of toxins and our fascia of unresolved emotions.

So self care is critical. Every moment you can give to deep rest, to healing your nervous system, to grounding, to sourcing truly nourishing food and water and to expressing buried feelings, is a moment that builds trust with yourself. When you know you have your own back and you can rely on yourself to notice and take care of your needs, life feels easier, confidence and self respect increases and you no longer need a crisis to get your attention. Prioritising your needs isn't selfish, it actually takes the burden off those around you who no longer need to worry about you or leap in to rescue you.

Are you feeling frustrated, as if you're pushing against doors that won't open? Are you trying to find a solution or a way through but you're going round in circles? Are you over-working or over-striving - or both? Is the past repeating in the present?

We can sit back and see the situation from a more detached perspective. As our mind and spirit opens to new possibilities we can embrace change and a new path out of our situation may appear.
