Life is often a dance between the high frequency dimensions of spirit and the seemingly mundane demands of everyday life. A book title that sums it up and always makes me smile is After the Ecstasy the Laundry :)

It's easy to get so involved with our mental processes as we plan, analyse or overthink our life or get so caught up in the emotions that it triggers that we forget the spiritual aspect. Yet often that's what gives us the perspective and wisdom we need. So notice when you've spent a long time in your head or you're in emotional overwhelm - pause to ground and check in with your spirit. Make it a regular practice even for a few minutes through the day - you'll feel calmer and be more productive.

This issue features a crystal essence that's excellent for grounding and focusing your energy and a workshop on how to communicate with crystals. There's a deep dive into the work of water expert Veda Austin and her extraordinary life and a free workshop on addressing the deep causes of chronic illness called quantum terrain.

You'll also find a free workshop on interpreting your dreams as the language of your spirit, an evening talk about self love as well as one on how to make friends with fear. If your current focus is relationships you'll enjoy the interview about how to deal with emotionally Immature behaviour.

If you're a practitioner, there's a workshop on keeping yourself emotionally safe and grounded when dealing with clients facing major challenges and if you're feeling creative there's a once-in -a-decade offer from Leonie Dawson to dip your toe into her academy and try the enormous variety of courses from writing a book to an e-course.There's also an update on my latest Energy Enhancement (EE) session and a free evening of Metatronic healing to give your immune system a boost.

I have a coaching place now available, so if you'd like some support with your next steps or clarifying what those should be, please get in touch.

If you feel you gain value from this newsletter please donate to keep it going. Thank you so much to all of you who do:)

PS Rise in postage. Royal Mail put up postal charges quite significantly in March so you'll notice a change in pricing over the next few weeks. I've tried to keep the UK rise very small but overseas has seen a leap. Where postage is included in the essence price the extra cost only reflects a postage rise - essences remain the same cost for now.

Did you know that your dream style is as unique as your fingerprint? Every night, when you close your eyes, you enter a world that is entirely your own.

According to John Lockley, a fully initiated sangoma (or shaman) in the Xhosa lineage of South Africa, becoming aware of HOW you dream (and the unique way your soul sends you messages) can help you realise possibilities you never imagined.

You’re invited to join us Thursday, June 6, at 5:30pm Pacific (or June 7 at 1.30am UK time), for a 60-minute event during which John will share with you how engaging with your dreams can enhance various aspects of your life, potentially improving emotional, psychological, and physical health, and even resolving certain illnesses. This increased awareness can also clarify your life’s purpose and fulfilment.

He’ll guide you to explore your unique 'dream print,' enhancing your discernment and esteem as you better identify and embrace your personal path and calling.

John shares that our dreams communicate in metaphors, symbols, and sensations, representing our inner DNA. As you learn the language of your dreams, you can start uncovering the true nature of your soul and its connections to the world.

It was through several prophetic dreams that he was called into and began initiation in the Sangoma tradition, and he helps us understand how to recognize these “big dreams” that play an initiatory role in our own life..

Understanding your own dream language can also help you gain a better understanding of your ancestry, the natural world around you and even help you reclaim your past.

'John sings, chants, dances, plays the drums, flute, and bowl, and is dedicatedly determined to create a sacred space and give the people with him a glimpse of the shamanic state of consciousness from an African point of view. He does this with a sweetness, kindness, and compassion but also has the spiritual wisdom of a veteran lineage holder.' Jacqueline Arnold, Colorado

In this 1hr 18 minute video Forrest Hanson interviews Dr Lindsay Gibson, author of DIsentangling from Emotionally Immature People

Dr Gibson explains:

• How to spot emotionally immature behaviour - in yourself and others. It's usually more obvious when the person is under stress.

• If you're brought up by emotionally immature parents, you're likely to surround yourself with emotionally immature people until you develop more of your true self

• That we create a 'role self' in childhood to get our needs met and how maturing allows us to become more of our true self, where we can be honest with ourselves about our needs and put down healthy boundaries

• Unless we've done a lot of personal growth, the typical trajectory of a relationship is to start relating from our 'role self' or childhood patterns and then, as the relationship unfolds and we feel more secure, our need for nurture can surface from a childlike place, such as expecting our partner to read our minds or guess what we want.

• If we start to focus on meeting our own needs and reparent ourselves the relationships we're in may need to adjust, as there will be a growing gap between other people's expectation of our role self, that they're used to and the more self-reliant and empowered person that we're becoming. If the other person doesn't want to adjust then the gap may become too painful and it's time to disentangle yourself.

• How to notice the ways that others will guilt trip you as you try to disentangle yourself and how important a strong connection to your true self is, if you want to break free.

• How to support a partner who wants to mature into more of their true self

• As we grow up we can develop a healing fantasy that our partner will be able to give us what we needed but didn't get in childhood. Letting go of that fantasy can be very painful.

• It's very seductive to be the object of narcissistic attention because they will put you on a pedestal at the start of a relationship and the lonely child within you will be thrilled at getting the attention they missed so much.

• An emotionally immature person will avoid intense emotion, as they are scared of emotional intimacy - it's not safe. If you try to share important and authentic feelings with them they will shut you down by withdrawing, denying, avoiding, minimising or invalidating your emotions.

Metatron's Fundamentals

The Whole/Balanced Feminine: In a patriarchal society, the feminine aspect is wounded in all of us. For you and society to be natural and whole, this part of us needs to be healed and supported.

Metatron understands that a balanced Feminine has within it something of the Masculine so when the Attunement, (a re-tuning of the heart) and the Transmission of the Whole Feminine (an energetic healing gift woven into your heart) is given, both are brought into a healthy balance with itself and one for the other. A true partnership. Sunday June 9.

In this livestream workshop, Julia Shepherd will explore how we might work with clients who present with a challenging issue; one which could have a life-changing effect on them.

Tune in to discover ways to ensure your clients are 'held' and cared for during their healing session. You'll also learn how to care for yourself in these situations.

We'll explore how we can work energetically and practically for the best possible outcome, ensuring our clients have a truly healing experience whilst we remain professional, boundaried and loving.

We'll refer to 'Received Wisdom' and draw upon actual experience to show how healings might be tailored to specific illnesses and issues. This includes clients living with cancer, addiction and stressful situations and those who are grieving.

We'll also reference the Code of Conduct and the law relating to healing, recognising how this supports you. We'll also discuss how to self-care after a challenging session, should you feel particularly affected by the client's situation.

Ever wondered how we know what energies each crystal has?

Or where the traditions of healing stones come from?

Find out in this livestream workshop.

Our earliest ancestors had no reference books, no crystal encyclopaedias. They learned directly from the stones themselves - and you can, too.

Join award-winning author and internationally renowned crystal expert Nicholas Pearson to discover how to form conscious connections with the world of rock and gem. This meaningful connection helps you tune in and really listen to the messages of the crystals themselves, and it introduces you to the unique personalities and gifts that every crystal holds.

In this hands-on, livestream workshop you will:

• Learn about the consciousness of crystals and how to connect with them
• Meet the spirits (or devas) of your favourite gemstones
• Practice techniques for meditation, communication, and shamanic healing with crystals
• Explore why crystal books often disagree about crystals' healing properties
• Enjoy a guided meditation to meet the guiding consciousness of the crystal
