Earth's wellbeing is in the spotlight at the moment - and it's more than time. For too long lifestyles that encouraged disconnection from the natural world meant that people were able to ignore reality: our wellbeing and that of Gaia are inextricably linked.
As it becomes apparent to more and more people that our political and economic structures are no longer fit for purpose, we're living in interesting times that demand innovative thinking to implement major change.
It can be comforting to remember that, at a soul level, we chose to be here now because we've got a contribution to make - simply by lending our energy frequency to the rest of humanity.
The call to healing and becoming whole is urgent. Healing any trauma and fragmentation within ourselves - whether ancestral or present day - will reduce the chaos and help the Earth to sound a stronger, more harmonious note. I hope you find resources to help in this issue.

Fear can keep us trapped - either unable to react at all or playing a defensive game in our life and relationships. Rather than pro-actively going after what we'd really love in our life and following our purpose, we can become mired in a daily battle for survival. Whether it shows up as constant nagging anxiety, nightmares or muscle tension and brain fog, fear can sabotage our happiness.
If you've tried all the Bach remedies for fear but it keeps returning, it may be time to look at ancestral and past life imprinting - fears that are able to run our decisions and reactions because they live below the level of conscious awareness. The essence for this level of fear is pink rose.
 Inner Child When we experience a shocking or traumatic event as a child we often split off energetically from that part of ourselves. This part then remains at that age holding the painful memory for us, so we can survive and continue to function.
One of our most important tasks in order to become whole again is to return and reclaim those parts of ourselves, so we can react as a mature adult and not from a triggered wounded child self.
If you're doing Inner Child work the Bach remedy Heather can be very useful to avoid tears, angry outbursts and clingy or withdrawn behaviour being acted out, but instead to be able to accept and love this part of yourself that exists within all of us and simply wants attention, reassurance, love and acceptance. |
One Question I Can't Answer

What might be just as helpful is to understand what I don't offer or can't answer - and why. These are three questions I'm often asked:

What's the best essence for anger/grief/depression/anxiety? That depends, because the exact cause and 'recipe' for your feelings is unique to you.
I don't prescribe essences for symptoms. Mainstream medicine encourages us to match a particular treatment with a specific symptom. Essences don't work like that because we're far more complex than a list of symptoms. If you tell me you feel guilty, I don't think 'ah, you need Hyssop'.
There are thousands of essences which help with guilt but there are also many reasons why you're feeling guilty. It could be a way of avoiding something, it could be covering up a deeper shame, it may not be your guilt but an unresolved burden you're carrying for an ancestor - it could even be a mix of all those things. Attuning allows me to cut through all that to the most appropriate essence(s).

 Can I order a single essence, such as Bluebell? I'm afraid not. I don't offer single essences - only blends. As I put no limit on where essences might come from when I tune in, it would be impossible for me to store them all. Individual essences are only made up when needed for a blend. That's why I've partnered with Crystal Herbs who can offer single essences, if that's what you'd prefer.

Can you do an 'attunement call'? That would be a 'no'.
I don't do attunements either over the phone or in person. Attuning is a very well-developed muscle or energetic pathway for me. It's done in a sacred space with just your name, location and rough age.
I don't need 'story', background or what you're consciously processing, which can become a distraction. Attuning goes way beyond conscious patterns.
 If you'd prefer to be heard on the physical level, please book a coaching session or a Bach remedy consultation - but know that spirit is always listening, whether it's over the phone or not.

Free Online Viewing until May 4 This docuseries includes wisdom from tribal elders around the world - a reminder that we're the Rainbow Tribe and it's time to awaken.
It includes interviews with indigenous shamans and elders such as Charles Eisenstein, Polly Higgins, Tom Kenyon, Lynne Franks, Drunvalo Melchizedek, James Tyberron, Peter Owen Jones, Michael Tellinger and Desmond Tutu.
This film was the inspiration of a lady from my local area, also called Nikki and if you're familiar with Sussex you may recognise locations and faces, although the film also voyages into rainforests, mountains and deserts to celebrate different wisdom traditions.
For Nikki to bring this to fruition has taken 11 years of tremendous dedication. Watching it, I've been touched that people who've been influential on my own path and who've since passed from the physical plane, live on in this film, which is a timely call to action.
