Have you noticed that society is becoming increasingly polarised? This external conflict is mirroring our internal conflict, so it's more important than ever to resolve our inner divisions - only then can we move towards greater wholeness.
Our fears are being deliberately fed and fear can make us rigid in our thinking. We become keen not only to defend our beliefs, but to recruit others who feel the same. This creates a world where we're increasingly asked to take sides against a perceived enemy.
Black and white thinking can be disheartening, so it's useful to remember that we're in a time of tremendous transformation and in order to create something very different, we often have to live through the extreme opposite.
The Emperor has to be more and more outrageous before someone points out he has no clothes on. The caterpillar has to melt into formless goo and struggle to build muscle to break free of its cocoon as a beautiful butterfly.
Often in my own life and those of my coaching clients, I see how it's only when we hit rock bottom on a particular issue that we can get enough purchase to push off again, upwards towards the light and a fresh start. On the other side of loss or destruction is a chance to build with greater wisdom and higher values.
I say this because many of you are sensitive to energy and current planetary aspects are bringing up a sense of overwhelm. You may be wondering how you will get it all done.
If any of this resonates, it's vital to connect within. When you view the mountain you have to climb from the bottom, it can seem an impossible task, if you look at it from above, from the viewpoint of your higher self, you can see it's simply a series of stages. The view from the top is magnificent but it's also important to notice each stage you reach, because there are some fabulous milestones to celebrate on the way up too.
From our higher self's perspective we can't see 'for and against' because our essence sees only oneness and a desire for a fragmented self and society to unite.

Hermit crabs are on a constantly moving property ladder because they need to find larger and larger shells as they grow. This short clip shows an amazing collaboration as they form an orderly queue to 'shell swap'.
If Crab appears as a totem in your De Luxe Attunement it may be indicate that it's time to move or at least to have a major clearout, physically and emotionally.
