Orders are normally fulfilled and transmitted within five working days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive no further emails or confirmations unless we're unable to process your order within this time frame.
If the message is for you, please email your rough age and your gender, if that isn't obvious from your name. Your name and address where your paypal account or card is registered will come up as you pay. Your transmission will use that location, unless you let us know otherwise.
The message will be sent to the email address showing on the paypal order, unless you request a different address. PLEASE CHECK your spam or junk folder if you don't receive it - especially if you have a gmail address.
If the message is not for you or you've ordered messages for others as well as yourself
If the message isn't for you or you've ordered messages for others in addition to yourself, please let me know the name, rough age and approximate location of the other person or people for whom it is intended. If you weren't able to do that during the ordering process please email that information together with an email address for the person or people concerned. I will only send messages directly to the person concerned, as it's confidential.
Multiple Messages - all for you:)
If you've ordered multiple messages for yourself please wait at least 3 weeks after the first message before emailing to ask for the next one. This allows each essence and affirmation to work fully. Please note that these packages must be used within 6 months of ordering.
